A Project is the most comprehensive form of knowledge representation. All the dots need to be connected through institutionalizing knowledge in project management. This session will cover the People (talent, culture), Process and Platform sides of KM & PM and how these two practices can be converged for greater benefits for all stakeholders.

2. Drive smart collaboration among project teams and across projects to harness the power of collective intelligence.

3. Think collectively to manage project specific & common ideas to democratize innovation.

4. Manage talent, and drive systematic & personalized learning in line with project skills and personal skill gaps.
